This is one of our smaller custom build villas we have on offer. The villa is 182m2 including 66m2 terraces, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a separate cloakroom, an open plan kitchen with integrated electric Bosch appliances and a central AC system which can be controlled on both floors. Inside we are using 60x60 white porcelain tiles on the floor, polished concrete stairs with crisp white stucco throughout. The villa is provided with floor to ceiling windows on each floor, glass balustrades and electric shutters. Outside we have a 3x10 private pool, large covered terrace created by the structural overhang of the 1st floor and a large terrace on 1st floor with open views towards the mountains or sea, depending on the location.
