We were looking for a holiday home in the Villamartin area of Alicante, and were put in touch with Steve. We gave him a list of requirements and Steve created a short list which showcased various properties showing us what we could get for our budget in various areas. This enabled us to prioritise what was most important for us and we bought the perfect home. Steve helped with everything from making the initial offer, paperwork and has remained a great contact in the area long after we moved in.
